After the adjournment of the hearing at the Special Court (GJKKO), former Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi told the media that in the preliminary hearing it was decided to make available to her the expert report on the phone and the wiretaps.
Kryemadhi emphasized that such a request was also submitted during the hearing, while according to her, the prosecutor clarified that she could withdraw the materials herself personally and not through a lawyer.
"We asked the judge to, in addition to having the phone expert, since everything is built as a fable, to build an optical illusion, despite the fact that the messages did not constitute a criminal offense. Even in the preliminary hearing, the judge had decided to provide me with the materials from my phone. The prosecution uses an SMS where I say; I want to buy a house. And then I change my mind. And they say it's corruption, about Kodra e Diellit. But it is said that the house was taken as a promise for the mining law. But that house does not exist," she said.
Kryemadhi objected to the prosecution's interpretation of the evidence, claiming that the messages used do not constitute a criminal offense and that the case is built on an inaccurate narrative.
