Every day for 6 months in a row, the government engaged in the media and social networks, self-proclaimed "specialists" pension officials, trumpeting it as the biggest increase in 30 years.
But the propaganda turned out to be a government hoax that blew up, because pensions did not increase as said, but were indexed to the extent of 4.1%, although the prices of vital consumer products and daily family use, have increased by 30-40% in comparison with the year 2023.
According to the calculation made with Decision No. 582, dated September 18, 2024 of the government, the value of minimum pensions was increased by 410 ALL to 700 ALL per month, or from 13 ALL to 23 ALL per day; addition that not only does not make a difference in the lives of pensioners, it even makes a mockery of them.
Seeing this ridiculous increase in pensions, we were reminded of the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, made at the campaign meetings for the 2021 parliamentary elections, the 2023 local elections and several times in parliament, where he said: - Only the SP increases pensions, others give "Noc Rrokun".
But the decision to index pensions from 13 ALL to 23 ALL per day, showed that for the year 2024, Babloku cheated and gave "Noc Rrokun" to pensioners; even since 2015, pensions have not increased, but have only been indexed by 2-3% every 2 years; while he gives millions of Euros and wealth to oligarch Rrok Gjoka, other oligarchs, family traffickers of SP politicians.
For example, from March 2024 when the media propaganda about the alleged large increase in pensions began; until September 18, when he signed the decision for the 4.1% indexation, Babloku gave the oligarch Rrok Gjoka, 31 million Euros for water supply tenders and additional funds for the Llogara tunnel, for the Arbër Road, the "Kardhic-Delvina" road, etc.
Oligarch Bashkim Ulaj, has given 24 million Euro tenders and additional funds.
Oligarch Pëllumb Salillari has given 26 million Euro tenders and additional funds.
The oligarch Gentian Sula has given 28 million Euro tenders and additional funds.
Bablok's actions with pensioners are so ridiculous and so favorable to the oligarchs, that on September 11, he gave a 15 million Euro tender to Rrok Gjoka, while on September 18, an additional 17 million Euro was given to pensioners for 791 thousand pensioners./Pamphlet
