In her evaluation of the "Xhafaj Commission", the jurist Brizida Gjikondi stated that she did not think and hoped for his honesty.
According to her, parliamentary committees on various issues have become meaningless. Mrs. Gjikondi recalled that SPAK is recently prosecuting a former socialist deputy who once managed the Durrës mortgage.
The lawyer Gjikondi in the 3D show on RTSH, meanwhile, referred to the clash between the EU ambassador Gonzato and the head of the commission Xhafaj, regarding the refusal of some justice bodies to be part of the commission.
She appreciated Gonzato's stance in defense of these institutions and taught her the idea that these institutions are independent, bring hope and have an identity.
Furthermore, the lawyer Gjikondi said that "The majority has no spirit against corruption!".
" It is not legitimized when it does not recognize and respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court ," she said.
Gjikondi commented on the international statements and considered them as elegant statements, but against the behavior of the reform commission. According to her, they are advice so that the Justice Reform in Albania does not take steps behind.
