Professor of criminology, Ervin Karamuço, said that the incident in Shkodra where 4 people were killed is on the verge of being revealed. He said that there is information that the victims, Hamzi Lici and Arlind Bushati, have been followed since Montenegro.
According to him, the perpetrators may have already escaped, but the police are now very close to clarifying the incident and have concrete names for those who may be the perpetrators. However, Karamuço said that there is a fear and intimidation from the police of Shkodra which has already been noticed by the citizens.
" I can tell you that this event is on the verge of being revealed. I cannot say that we are on the verge of arresting the perpetrators, because the perpetrators may have already left. A lot of evidence has been found. First, evidence was found at the border, where it will now be proven from the statements that the State Police will give in the future that the victims were followed from the territory of Montenegro to the entrance of the Albanian territory and then they were monitored for their activities had in Shkodër until the assassination. Even two or three houses are known to the perpetrators until they decided to carry out the assassination.
These houses can also be linked to specific people who can be accused as the people who committed the assassination. There is fear and intimidation on the part of the police in the city of Shkodra, where it is reported that in addition to those who are wanted, there are also four arrest warrants that are kept in the drawer by the police of Shkodra for four specific people suspected of being the perpetrators of this massacre.
