In the Special Anticorruption Court, in this Wednesday's hearing about the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga, the victim's two brothers testified.
Ndrek Prenga stated that he does not know Dritan Rexhepi, the person who allegedly ordered the kidnapping and disappearance of his brother.

Ndrek Prenga: I don't know Dritan Rexhepi. It was a message on the phone, it was introduced under the name Gramoz. He told me "I'm Gramozi, the things are mine, don't touch them". I don't know any of these who are at this event. If I can see the person in the picture that I talked to on camera, I absolutely know him. I don't say 100%, but I know it.
Questions from prosecutor Behar Dibra:
Ndrek Prenga: I haven't asked any of those I've talked to if we know each other or not. He was introduced to me on the phone as Gramoz. Gentjan Funiqi took me on the phone himself. At the moment after the hostage brother was taken, I called the people who had taken me on the phone, Gentjan Doçin, Gramozin, I talked with him, he returned my things. Gramozi told me that you have nothing to do with me, but with Shkodran and Doci.
The conversation was to return the things with the release of the hostage. The hostage turned out to be dead. I did not ask Gentjan Doçi whether he knows Gramozi or not. Maybe I even asked him, I don't remember 100%. Gentjan Doçi called me, he said you took my things. I told him I'm in jail. He picked me up the next day and told me that they had taken my brother hostage. When the original footage was released, as my husband told me. I have seen the video in the media.
Dibra: Why do you say that Doçi took his brother hostage?
Prenga: Because he took me on the phone. Gramozi has not told me anything at all. When Gramozi picked me up, I told him I was in prison, we spoke on camera. I don't even care who Gramozi is, nor who Docaj are. I don't want to protect Gramoz, but he doesn't owe me anything.

The lawyer asks Prenga to show some photos of Dritan Rexhepi, and asks the witness if he knows him or not.
Behar Dibra : The presentation is not done with photos, but physically. It is not an action that takes place in the courtroom, but is done with a group of people.
Lawyer Joana Qeleshi: When the other says I talked to so-and-so, should we tell him whether he knows him or not. I have printed the photos for speed effect.
Behar Dibra: It was not denied by him that he spoke with this person.
