Information about an "explosive" file in the hands of SPAK has been circulating for a long time. The Sky ECC interceptions have revealed the corrupt network of several prosecutors, judges and judicial police officers.
Among them and "El Chapo". This is the nickname that the prosecutors have given to a colleague of theirs, a very important former prosecutor, a leader of the highest levels until recently. They didn't give him the nickname 'Falcone', nor the nickname 'Borselino', nor 'Commissioner Katani', or anything similar to suit his duty, daily work or dedication that can characterize a prosecutor in the fight against crime.
The nickname they found is the name of one of the biggest drug traffickers in the world, that of 'Joaquin El Chapo Guzman', 'El Chapo' for short. And there's a reason why they gave him such a scandalous nickname. The corruption shown in the SKY ECC wiretapping is so brutal that it can without a doubt be compared to the criminal brutality of the caliber of 'El Chapo'.
Of course, the leading role in the Prosecutor's Office has been compared to the leading role that 'El Chapo' had (perhaps still has) El Chapo in the black world of drugs. Episodes of corruption related to criminal cases that were quite sensitive until a short time ago, but which today are outside the attention of public opinion, are so clearly evidenced that they have created a debate even among SPAK prosecutors about how they will be treated before the Court and for rather, how the public opinion will face after their publication.
Voice sources confirm that the publication of details from this file would be enough to deal a heavy blow to almost the entire justice system. Perhaps this is also the reason for the apparent reluctance of SPAK to bring to justice fellow prosecutors such as El Chapo or even others.
The SCY ECC intercepts reveal how the prosecutors themselves sought contact with the criminals as soon as the case of the latter ended up in the hands of justice. The circumstances of how they received large sums of lek to close cases, the sums received for each case, and even how the money was divided between prosecutors, judges and judicial police officers are revealed.
'El Chapo' not only closed the cases he had himself, but he was also the former prosecutor who coordinated, directed and set in motion other prosecutors and judges to close deals, against large sums of money. And with quite a bit of success, as far as can be understood from the interceptions of SCY ECC, so it seems that El Chapo has fully deserved the title.
Even more scandalous are the interceptions of 'El Chapo' himself with many, many other communications, which seem to be a time mine in the hands of SPAK prosecutors. According to the sources, those communications are "pandora's box", which would constitute the fatal blow to the justice system.
