The well-known journalist of the chronicle, Anila Hoxha, has given details about the latest news coming from SPAK, but also the shocking events that have caused numerous reactions in the last few days in the public.
SPAK announced today that it has completed its investigations and has sent for trial the criminal group that organized the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoji, where his driver, Andi Maloku, was killed.
Anila Hoxha gave shocking details as she said that based on the SKY ECC app interceptions, there were 4 attempts to kill the prosecutor.
" Based on the breakdown of the communications in the Sky application, the prosecutor of the case and special prosecutor Mr. Adnan Xholi, says in the request for trial, submitted a week ago to the Special Court, that all the suspects tried even before they finalized the assassination attempt on the Tirana Durrës highway, where Andi Maloku was killed, and 4 other cases to kill the prosecutor of Durres, Mr. Arjan Ndoja. One of these episodes happened before the assassination of 2019, where it results from communications with other persons still wanted and still not found by the police that they tracked down prosecutor Arjan Ndoja in the Shengjin area, and even shared also certain roles where they should kill him and who should shoot him ", says Anila Hoxha.
The journalist, based on the Prosecutor's Office file, says that the suspects tried to kill the father of Andi Maloku, the brother of Rrumi Shijak and the notary Miri Prifti.
" On the other hand, the special prosecutor of SPAK, Mr. Xholi, continues in his request for trial that even after the assassination of 2019, the address of the prosecutor of Durrës and also the address of Mr. Genci Maloku's father, Andi Maloku, were addressed and woven plans to kill the father of the deceased, i.e. the father of the prosecutor's driver, and together with him, the brother of Rrumi t Shijaku (Aleksandër Lahos), i.e. the citizen Vullnet Muça alias Muharremi.
And also in this episode, in this request, it is considered that the assassination also failed at the address of Rrumi i Shijak, citizen Aleksandër Laho. But on the other hand, it is known that the group and the suspects planned to kill the notary Miri Prifti, which is actually considered an attempted murder at his address," she said.
Hoxha said that " investigations regarding another citizen, who was arrested and against whom security measures were imposed in January 2023, against the citizen Marsel Deçka, for whom the special prosecutor considers that there is not enough evidence to filed the charge, and therefore the preliminary judge is requested that the investigations against him be terminated"
" Reliable sources inform me that four of the wanted persons, namely Plaurent Dervishaj, Julian Meça and Amar Shkëmbi, are suspected to be in Dubai and this localization comes from the communications that the Albanian justice and the SPAK special prosecution have had with the relevant institutions in Dubai, while the fourth suspect, Bledar Polovina, is suspected to be in the United States.
On the other hand, Ramazan Raja, who is the grandson of the former socialist deputy, has also been arrested and security measures have been implemented since January 2023. In fact, the investigations are based not only on the analysis of the SKY communications forwarded by the French judiciary, but other evidence is also attached, in which the prosecutor Adnan Xholi says that "beyond any reasonable doubt, the persons I mentioned together with other people, have planned to eliminate the prosecutor", which turns out to be under a special protection established by the High Prosecution Council since 2019, a protection that ends in June 2024 and is expected again to be renewed at the request of the prosecutor", said Anila Hoxha.
Asked why the perpetrators wanted Genci Maloku, Andi Maloku's father dead, Anila Hoxha said:
"Genci Maloku appealed several times for justice and asked for justice and a response from state institutions to find the perpetrators, and of course, when criminal groups eliminate and understand the danger, they start committing again to eliminate other people who considers them as an increased risk and also as a source of information that they can eliminate and take revenge.
