Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani accused SPAK of failing to do its job with Sali Berisha.

Invited to the show "Noë" on Euronews Albania, he emphasized that if Berisha had not implemented the measure, according to the law, the Prosecutor's Office should have arrested him in the act, and there was no need to make a request to the Parliament.

" I understand that the security measure "Compulsory Appearance" for Sali Berisha has not been implemented. Who tells us that Berisha was summoned and did not appear. If Berisha did not go to SPAK on Tuesday, why does he not arrest SPAK in the act. There was no need at all to go to the Assembly. SPAK has failed to do its duty. If he did not obey the first measure, what guarantee does he have to obey the other measure? Prosecutors who do not do so according to the law should be dismissed on the spot ," he said.
