Journalist Anduena Llabani has revealed details of the murder in Shkodër. She said that the police have identified the perpetrator of the Dobraçi massacre, where four people lost their lives, Arlind Bushati, Hamza Lici and husband and wife Bashkim and Flutura Basha.
"In the case of Shkodra, the perpetrator of the murder has also been identified", declared the journalist for "Abc News".
Two of the victims, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, as well as another who is thought to have been traveling with them in the car, but who has not yet been identified by the authorities, were allegedly the target of the assassination attempt.
Bashkim Basha and Flutura Basha were traveling by motorbike when the Benz vehicle in which Lici and Bushati were traveling lost control and hit them. Flutura Basha died at the scene, while Bashkim Basha died a few days later in the hospital.
