The State Matura 2023 conducts today the last exam, that of Elective subjects. Over 30,000 high school graduates will undergo this test, which will start at 10:00 a.m. and will last 2 hours and 30 minutes.
According to the new regulation, exams will take place in school corridors or in gymnasiums and all testing will be monitored by cameras.
Exam environments must be sufficient for at least 150 students who must be placed no less than 1.2 meters apart.
All levels of difficulty are included in the exam and for the first time this year there will be a special test for students with different abilities. Another innovation of the matura will be the removal of exam answer sheets.
Also, unlike previous years, this time if the graduate has a dispute about the grade, he can file an appeal and have the test re-evaluated.
