"They are kept for 2-3 days in the centers and then they disappear",

The human rights activist Altin Hazizaj spoke about the arrival of the first immigrants in Shengjin.

Hazizaj has stated that almost 1/3 of the irregular immigrants entering Albania, most of them from the southern border of Albania, are unaccompanied minors.

He adds that these children are sheltered for 2-3 days in a center in Tirana and then disappear. While raising the question of where these children go, Hazizaj states that the children are used or trafficked.

"Where do these minors who are unaccompanied by their parents end up? They come from what is considered the green road. These children are housed for 2-3 days in a center in Tirana where they are washed, cleaned, fed and then disappear. Where do these children go? Where do they end up? They are trafficked or used, they can also be used for organ harvesting" , said Hazizaj, stating that it is about 7 thousand children.

He then stated that it is possible that these children are also preparing for terrorist acts.

Meanwhile, the journalist Mentor Kikia has considered the denunciation of Hazizaj as an abuse.

"You can't say that this contingent of children is being taken from their organs and being prepared for terrorists, it's abuse, it's too much, since you don't have any facts or evidence," Kikia told "News 24".

But Hazizaj responded by saying that we have a problem with these children, since they stay in the centers for 24 or 48 hours near the border and on the other hand it is mandatory that they are accompanied by two employees, one from the police and one from the defense children.
