The former Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beci, commenting on the interceptions of conversations made on the SKY application, which are the basis for the arrests during the "Metamorphosis" operation, said in the studio of the show "The Unexposed" that there will be procedural problems with the re-examination of intercepted conversations.
"All conversations are interwoven and corroborated with other evidence collected over the years. For example, if it is a murder in Operation Metamorphosis, the murder file is taken, it is concluded with the transcripts that were made, then they are matched with the scene and other circumstances, it shows that this conversation of the transcript is clear.
This is the part of the proof of the criminal fact that comes out on the basis of the transcript. However, the procedural testing part takes a lot of time, not only in Albania, but also in other countries.
These are order letters that came from France to Albania. The first problem that will arise in a regular judicial process, the defense has the right to request re-examination or re-transcription of these data. Then the Albanian authorities are in a very big difficulty, how can this re-expertise be done with a server located in France. And these are important problems", said Beci.
