The footage you see shows the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj, who were arrested yesterday by order of SPAK for the sterilization concession.
The former official and the businessman will be introduced to the security measure today, while both appear smiling and 'liberated' in front of the black squads.
Rjepaj is accused of abuse of office, as it pertains to the concession procedures, which was granted in December 2015, while Rrapaj is accused of fraud.
The owner of the Prishtina-based company, "Investital LLC", Ilir Rrapaj, owns 40 percent of the shares of the entity "SaniService", which in 2015 won the concession for "the provision of integrated services for the customized set of surgical instruments, the supply of disposable sterile medical material in surgical rooms, as well as the treatment of biological waste and the disinfection of surgical rooms", with a 10-year term.
