I, Dinora Neçi, with Albanian citizenship, born on 03.06.1980 in Berat, Albania; with a single civil status and a clean criminal record, I am the mother of a daughter, Eleftheria Elefteriou, an Albanian citizen born on 26.10.2011, with Albanian Passport No. BB 8530785, which legally since birth is under my sole custody and permanent resident in Albania near my parental family at the address: "Neshat Polovina" Street, Ap. No. 220/11-Berat.
But on 09/11/2015, my daughter was kidnapped by 7 German policemen at the Hahn-Frankfurt police station, using violence against me and destroying my Albanian passport, because they were paid by my biological father, my former partner, the Greek-Cypriot citizen Nicholas Eleftheriou.
Now my 4-year-old kidnapped daughter is 13 years old, but I, her mother Dinora Neçi, have not seen her or contacted her for 9 years, because her kidnapper and hostage-holder, the biological father in address: "Ormideia village, Modestos-Pantelis street no. 9-Cyprus".
Dinora Neçi's message for her daughter and accusations against the Cypriot biological father who kidnapped her:

Little does she know, her mother was being held clandestinely, kidnapped, held hostage and trafficked on Cypriot soil when she was born. Eleftheria does not know how more than 20 policemen of Nicosia Central Prison brutally beat me on March 22, 2016, tying me to an iron barrel while I desperately called out the girl's name.

It is time to free her soul from the weight of your merciless lies and embrace the light of truth, therefore, I, her mother, Dinora Neçi, as long as I live, will fight to unite with my daughter Eleftheria Elefteriou, given the love of her little sister Isabella, her grandmother Ina, her aunt Ivana and her cousins Ennis and Crystal.
