The Albanian journalist in Paris, Selam Hajrizi, has revealed details from the visit of Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic to Paris.
Hajrizi said that Vucic was disappointed by Macron's reception, where behind the black curtains of the meeting without cameras, he was criticized for the attack in Banjska, and the organizers were asked to be arrested.
"The Serbian president came out disappointed from the meeting with President Macron. It seems that President Vucic did not expect that President Macron would immediately condemn the attack in Banjska and immediately demand that the perpetrators of the attack be arrested and brought to justice. Macron has also made it clear that both sides have done something to advance the dialogue, while the Serbian President said that the other side has done nothing. Vucic said that Kosovo has not done anything for the dinar and the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian Majority", said Hajrizi.
Vucic forgets that the Franco-German plan was drawn up by Macron's advisers and the advisers inform the president of the developments.
Also, the journalist added that Macron is well-informed about Vučić's closeness to Moscow, and his reaction to this was harsh in the off-camera meeting.
"The EU is watching Vučić's game with Moscow, and President Macron and his team are irritated, but they also have their own strategic and economic interests, so they cannot be harsh in their statements, but use diplomatic language, the language of the trees. But behind the black curtains, things are different, as the advisors inform Macron about Serbia's actions and Vučić's rapprochement with Moscow," the journalist told Euronews Albania.
