Bujar Zhuri, an Albanian investor in Norway, invited to Shqip, reveals the file that the Americans have on Ilir Meta.
In the file that the Norwegian ambassador showed to Mr. Zhuri, Meta is accused of drug trafficking, corruption, money laundering, and ties to international criminal organizations.
"I got to know Ilir Meta well 10 years ago, when I learned why Meta could not travel to the USA. I asked the ambassador covering Albania at that time, and he also told me that Meta had a terrible file in the US and the Americans would open it one day. 10 years have passed and I believe that the Americans are behind the opening of the Meta file. In the US file, Meta is accused of international drug trafficking, corruption, money laundering, ties to international criminal organizations, etc. This shocked me, it made me understand the level of people in Albanian politics who are involved in these issues," said Zhuri on DritareTv .
