
The four protestors of Reestablishment and the Freedom Party, arrested after the protest in front of Tirana's town hall at noon on April 19, have been released from their cells.
The Court of Tirana has today set the measure of 'obligation to appear' and prohibition of participation in public places where there are gatherings, for all 4 protesters.
Specifically, Kevin Vidrica, Bernard Metaliaj, both 18 years old, Franc Kaloshi, 35 years old and Artan Muçmata, 53 years old, have been left in the mandatory appearance measure.
In support of them, some citizens and deputies of Rithamelimin were present in the court.
'I was at the protest. I am a member of the leadership of the DP in Laprakë, I am a businessman. I didn't shoot any. I have respect for the state police uniform. I ask only justice from justice.'- said Franc Kaloshi.
Meanwhile, Artan Muçmata said behind the glass cage that the police mistreated him.
"They treated us... they even took off our pants belts," said one of them.
7 protesters have been declared wanted, they are Avni Tobli, Rubin Dashi, Joni Hoxha, Besim Ziri, Besar Gjeçaj, Erjon Prenga and Alfred Pellumbi.
