Analyst Fatos Lubonja has spoken about the recent changes in the government. He considered them as movements that do not bring anything new. Lubonja says that we have some dolls that were placed and some others left.
"The puppets are on stage, but decisions are made behind the scenes," said analyst Lubonja.
According to him, the problem is the departure of Taulant Balla as Minister of the Interior, for which we still do not have an official reason or cause.
"There are many theories, many hypotheses, but we don't know anything official yet," said Lubonja.
Next, he said that we saw a party Congress where no one stood up and said why these ministers were removed and some others were installed.
Lubonja said that we no longer have a Socialist Party, but we have the Party of Edi Rama, who is at the head of the system and no one analyzes this system.
"Edi Rama bears no responsibility, before he spoke that the system is to blame, then he says that those who eat plums are to blame, but in no case does he say that the responsibility is his", said Lubonja.
The analyst said that we are dealing more with a facade, the change must start with Rama.
"The change can start with Edi Rama behaving differently. He did not make any criticism, he says we are very good, why don't we stay another 50 years", said Lubonja.
He said that Edi Rama has a political and moral obligation to tell the public why he removed Taulant Balla, since this was the essence of the changes.
Regarding the appointment of Elisa Spiropali at the head of the Assembly, Lubonja said that the greatest merit of her who went to this position is that she called Edi Rama "our Skenderbeu".
Regarding the changes in the Electoral Code, Lubonja said that those debates whether they should be open or closed lists is a kind of problem, but when they were open the problem was that those who were considered strong could not be controlled.
"It would be good if the lists of candidates were set by the party and not by the mayor, but the point is that here we have a party of mayors," said Lubonja.
He said that the opposition had to declare that it would not sign any changes to the Electoral Code, if the coalitions are not recognized.
"What the opposition gained from this whole process is that it was recognized, even by the international community, since everything else favors Edi Rama. Here we have a regime similar to that of Maduro, but unlike Venezuela, here Edi Rama has American support", said Lubonja.
Regarding the elections for the Municipality of Himara, where Petro Gjikuria and Vangjel Tavo are competing, respectively supported by the opposition and SP, Lubonja said that unlike any democratic country in the world, where there are also free elections, the support for the government decreases, while in Albania is added.
"The result of the elections is clear, no matter how many are held. He also holds the elections in August, to be even safer", he concluded for "News 24".
