The economic expert, Brisida Shehaj, commenting on the sequestration of Tirana's incinerator by SPAK yesterday, said that it is about 90 million euros missing from the state budget.

So we are talking about about 100 million euros from 2021, add some 20 million euros taken in loans, so a total value of about 120 million euros and the investment is 30 million euros.
So 90 million euros are money spent, such as rental cars, trips, fraud, fictitious invoices, money gone to the country and companies opened by them in Malta and Bulgaria. It is important that this administrator is aware of the expenses he pays in relation to this company," Shehaj told the media.
