Lawyer Spartak Ngjela commented today on the "non grata" declaration of Sali Berisha by Britain and the USA.

" I cannot defend Berisha as a lawyer. I have Berisha as a political opponent. This can not happen. The internal moral of the lawyer is that the lawyer does not refuse the client who comes to him. But between us it is a political problem.
