"The opposition was forced by the internationals to negotiate",

Analyst Mentor Nazarko spoke about the negotiations between DP and SP for the return to normality of parliamentary life. He says that softening the attitude of the opposition and withdrawing it from destructive actions is an imposition that comes from the international community.

Further, Nazarko added that the opposition has already realized that its actions of noise and chaos do not take it anywhere and do not give it political weight.

"I think this is like a development determined and imposed, if not by the majority, but by international partners. They want the opposition to be represented by interlocutors who are acceptable to the majority in inter-party communication. Second, there are rumors about secret negotiations, not public of course, and these seem credible, so they are part of this chain development, which starts with the change of vice-presidents, but which do not give credibility to the alternative represented by Berisha. They are welcome developments, for what reasons? What the opposition is doing today, I say the opposition, because it is a euphemism to summarize all its currents in one label, are desperate actions. Both rational and irrational minds are aware that their actions do not bring about any positive change, and in that sense if they manage to get out of the sinking and drowning, that is some kind of development,"  he told ABC News.
