The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Azgan Haklaj, has spoken about the negotiations that are taking place between the SP and the DP, in order to return parliamentary life to normality.
Haklaj said that these are bargains aimed at overthrowing the Electoral Reform.
"The whole battle is to overthrow the electoral reform commission and the DP doctrine represented by Basha, which has 4 main points. They have not yet declared what electoral law they are for. Their purpose is the seal, to put pressure on the Court of Appeal, which is obliged to give a decision after returning from the Supreme Court", said Haklaj.
He also spoke about the merger of Gazment Bardhin's group with Sali Berisha's supporters, calling it a mechanical union that does not bring votes.
While the appointment of Bardhi as vice president, Haklaj described it as an action that contradicts the statute of the Assembly of Berisha on December 11, 2021.
"Bardhi was the general secretary of the PD, he collected a number of signatures and said he has the majority of the parliamentary group. But with the action he has taken, it is against the statute, the general secretary cannot be the head of the group but the guarantor of the statute. So he made a "statutory coup". What is White? The December 11 Reestablishment Assembly dismissed Bardhi. Berisha did not send the forms to Bardhi, he caused them all but not Paloka, who was elected with the same mechanism. Now Berisha has appointed Bardhi as vice president. With which decision?", said Haklaj in an interview on Report TV.
