"Black money has entered the real estate market", economic expert: Wages in Albania do not justify the prices

Economy expert Pano Soko has commented and analyzed the situation with constructions in the capital.

While talking about the sale of apartments in Tirana, Soko said that black money has entered the real estate market. He added that with salaries in Albania you cannot buy an apartment.

"Black money has entered the real estate market. The net salary is 65 thousand new ALL. With this income, you cannot buy apartments, especially expensive ones. Price increases are senseless. Even the prices of apartments have decreased somewhat in Europe",  said Sako for "Open".
