After 3 hours of protest and a march through the streets of the capital, thousands of citizens returned to the Prime Minister's Office, repeating calls for Edi Rama's resignation and warning that the mobilization will continue every day.

After more than an hour of marching through the streets of the capital, protesters have returned to the boulevard at the Prime Minister's Office, continuing the rally on the 10th day of protest against the Rama government.

Despite the long hours on the streets, the citizens gathered in Tirana express their determination to continue the protests in the coming days, warning that the mobilization will continue until their demands are met.

After speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office, thousands of protesters marched and stood in the square, chanting against the government and the political class.

"Rama in prison, Berisha in prison" and "Edi Rama is finished" were among the chants most frequently heard during the protest.

The rally brought together citizens of all age groups, from young people to families with children and the elderly, who declared that they oppose corruption, misgovernance and the problems that, according to them, have affected the country for years.

Organizers and participants insist that the protest will continue every day and that the number of citizens joining the movement is constantly growing.

The June 9 protest, which marked the 10th day of civic mobilization in Tirana, was characterized by continuous calls against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama. During the march and rally on the boulevard, protesters chanted slogans such as “Rama resigns”, “Rama in prison”, “Edi Rama is finished” and “Albania is not for sale”, while some of them also targeted the opposition with calls such as “Berisha in prison”.

Participants stated that the protest has now transcended the initial cause of Zvërnec and represents dissatisfaction with corruption, immigration, poverty, the law on strategic investments, and what they consider to be the capture of the state by politics.

Determined to continue their mobilization, protesters march through the capital with the red and black flag at their head.
