The vote recount in Durrës concludes: Arjan Ndoja and Arkend Balla lose votes, Kalaja minimal increase!

The vote recount process for the Durrës region has been completed. There were no changes in the mandates or major movements in the number of votes from the recount process. 

From the entire recount process, the DP lost 18 votes, while the SP lost 5, these from votes within the country. As for the diaspora votes, the DP results in an increase in votes, while the SP only gained 11 votes. 

Regarding the candidates' claims of manipulation within the party, it turns out that in the DP, candidate Aulon Klaja was given 11 votes, while candidate Arjan Ndoja was deprived of 88 votes that did not belong to him. 

In the ranks of the Socialist Party, 63 votes that did not belong to Arkend Balla were removed, of which 37 votes were added to Erjon Xhil. Given these figures, the movement of these votes can be attributed to human error. So far, we have had recounts in Tirana, Fier and Durrës.
