Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has spoken about the SKY ECC application and the investigations that have revealed the effective involvement of the police in their links with crime.
During the interview in the studio, Karamuço said that it was something that was forewarned, but the investigation should not remain only with the police, as according to him it should also be expanded to other areas.
"It was warned in time because over 10% of SKY ECC users were Albanians. Albania would receive the most attention. The news is now focused on the police, but it is also the judiciary, the tax administration, it was the oxygen mafia at that time, in the pandemic. Those who have had decision-making should be under the greatest pressure. So either they should leave or they should be investigated. We are the first country to be affected by those applications, no country in the region has seen it. We started from the bottom. So this should be taken seriously. The good thing is that apart from the part that we will investigate as SPAK, the Ministry of the Interior has the obligation to see what other activities there were", he said to "Abc news".
