In the authorization that the prosecutor has given for the launch of the investigation, with the approval of the head of SPAK, the document states that the investigation has been launched mainly based on the famous slogan "on reasonable suspicion", but without giving a specific argument and without referring to a concrete case. With the launch of the investigation on February 10 of this year, he has authorized the police officers at SPAK to conduct a 15-day wiretapping, from February 10 to 15. It is said that there are suspicions and information that these persons are trying to influence to favor decision-making ", explained Vezaj.
The journalist said that "it is illogical for an investigation to be launched for this reason," as there are cases where court decisions go up to 90 days without being clarified.
" The investigation has begun after the Constitutional Court has expressed itself. On December 30, Gjoka's request was rejected, the investigation began on February 10. In the justification, the Prosecution says that since the GJK's decision has not been disclosed within 30 days, we suspect that interference may be used to favor the suspects. This is nonsense. Therefore, environmental and public wiretapping is authorized. Conducting wiretapping of the subject of criminal proceedings, citizen Gent Ibrahimi and other subjects accompanied by observation, filming and photography ," he said.
