Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has called the wiretapping of the Constitutional Court by SPAK a scenario worthy of dictatorships.
Gjokutaj stated that this is a fight between two institutions that are co-directed by Edi Rama.
" This is not about criminal proceedings, but about an illegal clash, and what violates the legal security of judges and prosecutors is the fact that SPAK denies such a fact, the wiretapping of judges. This is a scenario worthy of dictatorships when state security wiretapped everyone."
