The documents obtained by "Pamphlet" from the registers of the Tax Directorate, testify to another fiscal and social fraud, which the Kosovar Blerim Hoxha, owner of 40% of the Tirana Landfill, has perpetrated on ARMO employees in Ballsh, which he had it under concession.
Since May 2016, when Prime Minister Edi Rama ordered Blerim Hoxha to be given the Ballshi Refinery, he was allowed to extort millions of Euros from oil processing, and not to pay the 15% share of the profit that the government had. but neither the salaries and insurance of the oil workers.
This fiscal tolerance that was given to the friend of the sponsor of the party of Edi Rama, and the friend of the sponsor of the party of Hashim Thaçi, lasted 5 years, until December 2021, when the Kosovar concessionaire Blerim Hoxha of the company "Toskë Energji" was allowed to he left Albania.
He did not pay the salaries and social security of 853 employees of ARMO in Ballsh for almost 5 years, while the Oil Refinery was pledged to the bank and it was sold for scrap.
According to the tax documents, at the company "Toskë Energji Sh.pk" of the Ballshi Refinery, only the concessionaire Blerim Hoxha is employed and insured with a monthly salary of 30 thousand lek, while the 853 oil workers do not appear to be employed, and were not even given their salaries.
There is no doubt that this fiscal fraud was allowed by the tax department, the Ministry of Energy and the Labor Inspectorate by order of Bablok, who had Blerim Hoxha as a sponsor of the SP, but also a friend of Hashim Thaçi and Baton Haxhiu.
If it were not for Bablok's support, the Tirana Landfill concessionaire of ARMO, Blerim Hoxha, could not declare 15-20 employees, but not 853 employees; and could delay their salaries for 2-3 months, but not not pay them for 5 years.
As we published a few days ago, a part of the salaries that Blerim Hoxha did not give to 853 ARMO employees was paid by the Albanian government; specifically from ALL 40 thousand per month for 2021; from ALL 32,000 per month for 2022 and from 13 monthly salaries that they have won through court.
In total, the government has paid 15 million euros in salary and insurance, which Blerim Hoxha should have paid; but Babloku, as his friend, ordered him to pay the state from the taxes of the Albanians, tolerating him to extort 390 million Euros of income from ARMO and not to pay 77 million Euros of obligations to the state./ Pamphlet
