Security expert Fatjon Softa, while speaking about the Kuçova base, emphasized that the situation today in the FA is not the best possible.
According to him, many experts have left for years, and there is a significant lack of personnel. Softa said that all this happens because there is no meritocracy and low salaries in Albania, but also because of the mix of politics.
He emphasized that the day politics will not interfere with the police, army and intelligence, we will have stability.
" In this country, after 1992, endless amounts of money were thrown into both the army and the police. All this money thrown by internationals has not gone to create those services that we claim to have. On the basis of political changes, there have been changes. How many investments have been made for qualifications in people or tools. Some of the people who have qualified have often left. Due to non-payment, due to lack of meritocracy, they often leave the country. Stability will come when politics takes its hands off the police and the army. Chiefs of staff become politicians, how many chiefs of staff do we have MPs. The same thing happened and police officers became MPs ", said Softa in "Quo Vadis".
