The High Prosecution Council has appointed the replacement of the head of the Dibra prosecution, dismissed from the veting.
Yesterday, the Special Board of Appeal finally dismissed Urim Buçin from the justice system because he does not reach the reliable level in the wealth criterion.
"Urgently convened today on 27.02.2024 at 12.30, the KPA decided on the temporary appointment of prosecutor Abaz Muça as head for a period of 3 months, in the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction. This decision was taken after yesterday's dismissal from the KPA of the leader Urim Buci." - it is said in the announcement.
