Journalist Fatos Mahmutaj spoke about the opposition's February 10 protest.
He stated that Berisha aimed to create victims in the latest protest to cover up the killings committed by his government on January 21, 2011, where four innocent protesters lost their lives on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard.
"He was trying to have four more victims, like he had on January 21, and to cover up those murders. On January 21, they shot at citizens with rubber bullets. Berisha's rallies had victims. He creates these stories, believes them himself and then makes heroes out of them. He needs heroes," Mahmutaj told "Abc News".
The journalist's statements come after former Prime Minister Sali Berisha appeared before the media, where he claimed that the Molotov cocktails that caused the injury were thrown by the police and mentioned the presence of four snipers who, according to him, shot at the protesters.
