The SPAK file on Arnold Rrokaj, Zambak Gjoni and Agim Ismaili, the latter former head of Prisons, who are accused of hacking the computers of prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office, is revealed.
In the file provided by journalist Anila Hoxha, Arnold Rrokaj has shown the entire 'journey' he followed, until he managed to 'decompose' SPAK's computers.
"I was at home playing with my personal phone, and I was doing some scans on an online site on the network, specifically, this online site, which deals with scanning domains, to see if there are other interfaces, under the main page. This is used by IT experts, to test network ports. After trying several addresses, I tried the spak.gov.al site. I did this only out of curiosity about what it had. After trying this site from my phone, three or four other interfaces appeared, which were autodiscover.spak.gov.al, accompanied by the corresponding IP number, the second was mail.spak.gov.al and the third was spak.gov.al.
After trying them, only spak.gov.al opened. Then an email page appeared asking for my login credentials. I tried several credentials, specifically with the names of SPAK prosecutors, as their names were displayed on the official SPAK website. After trying several of them, the user with the name elida.kackini was able to open, with the password Spak@2019.
After it opened, driven by curiosity, I tried other users, such as behar.dibra, with password Spak@2019, and also the user named enkelida.millonai, with password Spak@2019.
After these three were opened, driven by curiosity, I started looking at the materials that were sent and received in the emails of these users. These materials were stored on my mobile device, which I made available to the judicial police officers, in the download folder, in which there were also other downloaded materials, which I deleted.
Some of these materials that I have downloaded, I have communicated with a friend of mine named Zambak Gjoni, to whom I have sent some of these materials. I have mainly sent him some information that has been made public in the media. These materials are reports, information compiled by investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation or prosecutors.
These materials were not sent to anyone else, because they were too sensitive and classified. Then I checked the status of the three users from time to time, and when I found other data, I opened it, read it, and then deleted it.
"I want to reiterate the fact that I did not send these materials to anyone other than citizen Zambak Gjoni and I also administered them myself. I also want to clarify the fact that for the last time I performed this action yesterday morning or the day before yesterday, so I accessed the email address behar.dibra, in which I only read some materials, of a daily routine nature, such as reports, information, etc. ," he stated.
