Why does Blinken meet Duman? Milaim Zeka: I don't trust the majority in matters of justice

Former deputy Myslym Murrizi and journalist Milaim Zeka, have debated talking about the agenda of the visit of American Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Tirana.

Zeka described it as the first time that an American Secretary of State will meet a chief justice prosecutor, in this case Altin Duman, the head of SPAK. According to Murriz, Blinken does not have to meet Duman, as according to him he could meet the Minister of Justice.

Zeka:  The secretary of state meets with a chief prosecutor, this has never happened in the history of any visit, not only in Albania but in any other country in the world.
