After two years of investigations, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has charged the former administrator of the company 'Salillari', Lulzim Salillari, whom Pëllumb Salillari has replaced with Bledar Starova, as the next victim.
This is not justice and investigation, but a bargain to save the oligarch Pëllumb Salillari, who is the beneficiary of illegal constructions.

In November 2022, the government, through the National Council of the Territory, decided to seize from Salillar an object with an area of about 20 thousand square meters and a value of nearly 12 million euros. The palace was built near the Zoo in Tirana. But Salillari had sold the entrances. However, the oligarch repurchased the object at a price 10 times cheaper.
Pëllumb Salillari has received 200 million euros in public tenders in recent years, sharing 10-20% of the amount with ministers, directors and mayors.
