Instead of INSTAT, according to Law No. 17/2018 and Law No. 140/2020, to publish CENS data by November 30, 2023; director Elsa Dhuli, without giving any reason, stated that the data will be published in June 2024.
INSTAT started to make this falsification, in order to extract the figures that Babloku told them, in order to hide the depopulation from extreme poverty; the drastic reduction of small and medium-sized businesses, but also the transfer of nearly 20% of large businesses abroad, due to government corruption and insecurity.
In the information of the "Pamphlet", provided by sources within the Ministry of Finance, which is part of the team for processing the collected data, it is stated that the figures of the population and state of businesses in Albania were issued on December 15, 2023.
But after Bablok was informed that the departures are as much as 50% of the number of "CENS 2011", he ordered that they be falsified and reflected, according to the data given to him by the "laboratory" of the SP.
Already at the beginning of December 2023, SP received the actual data of "CENS 2023", according to the national database and according to the databases for each municipality, municipality, district and prefecture, as it received the database with personal data of the Albanians gave it to the network of patron Nazis.
If the falsified CENS data, which will be published in June, Bablok needs to hide the reality of the mass abandonment of Albania; the factual data received from INSTAT will serve to build the new 2025 election campaign scheme.
Based on the factual data of "CENS 2023", the SP Assembly met and started the re-organization for the campaign, changing the leaders in the areas; because I know that the departures from Albania have created numerical and propaganda gaps in the areas, especially in the bastions of "Renaissance".
After Babloku became aware of the fact that many leaders of organizations, patronages and voters of "Renaissance" and local businesses that financed votes have left Albania; ordered the creation of a new network of patron Nazis, based on the factual data that CENS has released.

With these data that they have in hand, the PS groups will create a register of residents for each area, with actual concrete data on places of employment, the names of the unemployed, with the requests they have, as well as for businesses; to whom, deputies, ministers, directors and patronageists, will be showered with checks, employment, legalization, food, promises and threats for votes.
While the heads of INSTAT, together with the "ustallars" of the SP, are continuing the falsification of "CENS 2023" data, which are being processed outside the INSTAT offices by a private group; as stated on February 7, 2024 on "TV-Klan", the Director of the Cyber Security Agency./Pamphlet
