The Special Prosecutor's Office cleared the prime minister's brother of the drug laboratory in Xibraka. After several months of investigations, SPAK announced today to the media that the investigations have been closed and that there is no evidence that Olsi Rama has anything to do with drugs.
The investigations started after the accusations made by Gazment Bardhi, who extracted the TIMS data. SPAK informs that it has cooperated with the Kosovo counterparts and found nothing. This was because it was claimed that the car that entered and exited Xibrakë was used by Olsi Rama to go to Kosovo.
" Within these investigations, SPAK has carried out a series of investigative actions, including cooperation with the Kosovo authorities. The investigation shows that there are no evidence or facts that connect the citizen Olsi Rama with the criminal activity, for which several individuals were previously convicted. Also, no other possible perpetrators have been identified ", says SPAK in a reaction to the media.
But if we see the reaction of SPAK, the question naturally arises: Why didn't SPAK send an order letter to Germany?

An order letter was enough there and the whole file came to Tirana. Only after that could it be declared whether the prime minister's brother was involved or not.
Also, SPAK investigated whether there was a deliberate debunking or closing of the investigations the first time. The investigations were carried out by 3 names: Olsian Çela, Edvin Kondili and Neritan Nallbati. It is enough to ask these people and they know whether or not we are dealing with the prime minister's brother.
However, such a result was expected, since if Olsi Rama were involved in Xibraka, the government would fall. The Prime Minister himself, in the coded messages he sent to SPAK, warned him that he would not remain Prime Minister for a minute if Bardhi's accusations were proven. / Pamphlet
