Edi Rama has not said a word about the floods in Vlora. Hundreds of homes and businesses are under the power of water, but the prime minister seems to have delegated the task to Bledar Çuç, since he himself just had an operation and it happened in the apartment. But even though he sits with his cell phone in his hand all day, he has not said a word about what will be the fate of the residents of Vlora.
Meanwhile, the SP announces that the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly and the political leader of the Socialists, Bledi Çuçi, was in Vlora to see the situation closely.
Together with the Minister of Defense, Pirro Vëngu and the mayor Ermal Dredha, they stopped at the Vlora reservoir where the intervention to normalize the situation is ongoing.
Çuçi said that all state structures are on the ground from the first moments when this emergency started and currently the situation is improving.
But according to him, a good assessment of what happened will have to be done and all measures should be taken to intervene in the sewerage infrastructure, as well as to help the citizens and businesses affected by the floods.
Further, Çuçi also participated in the meeting of the Emergency Headquarters in Vlora Prefecture, where the measures to overcome this situation were discussed in more detail.
