Analyst Ergys Mërtiri stated that institutions have low levels of cooperation with SPAK. According to him, the police are less cooperative.
Regarding political parties, Mërtiri stated that the ruling party and the opposition are against the justice institution, SPAK, and that these elections are without alternative.
"SPAK has previously spoken about the lowest levels of denunciation of institutions in SPAK. Institutions are in trouble with SPAK and especially the police are less cooperative. Arrest warrants have even been issued and the police have not arrested them. This also shows the lack of will of the police. SPAK is special because we have a country where crime and corruption have taken over the state. This proves that the position and the opposition are lying. The position says that this has been achieved through its work and it is Rama who, through SPAK, is targeting the opposition.
In fact, it is the opposite. These show that the opposition and the position are on the same wavelength and are against SPAK. They are on alert because of an institution that threatens with prison. Both parties now have as a priority the protection of the system in which they operate. This has left them with no alternative in these elections and the solution is in the Pro-SPAK alternatives.
