The head of SPAK Altin Dumani has also commented on the rejection of the Special Prosecutor's Office to the arrest by the Xhafaj commission.
Dumani said that this is not a rejection, but emphasized that SPAK reports to the Assembly and the High Council of Prosecution and has fulfilled its obligations as an institution.
The head of SPAK has dealt a blow to Fatmir Xhafajt, as he also declared that he cannot predict what politics does with SPAK, but SPAK will hit anyone who violates the law.

Why did you reject the Xhafaj Commission?
Altin Dumani : It is not called rejection. Two female prosecutors were requested from SPAK. We unanimously decide that they should not be sent. We unanimously decided that we should not send prosecutors. SPAK has presented all the necessary proposals for legal changes. SPAK reports regularly to the KLP and the Assembly. He made known the problems, suggested solutions. We fulfill our obligations as an institution. We report every month to the Ministry of Justice.
I can't predict what politics will do in the future in relation to SPAK, but I declare that we as an institution are motivated to implement our functions with concrete issues and bring to criminal responsibility whoever is caught in violation of the law.
