Fiks Fare denounced on Tuesday evening this scandal with the alienation of properties on the coast of Kavaja. The area is administered by the Municipality of Rrogozhina. The properties have been parceled out into small lots and put on the market. Some time ago, the Prosecutor's Office of Kavaja convicted some local and Cadastre officials for similar properties, but the phenomenon continues again, as sand and stones have become "agricultural land".

The Fiks Fare group traveled to that area, which is between Spille and General's Beach. A few years ago, the forested and sandy area in Spille was investigated by the Kavaja Prosecutor's Office after it was divided by law 7501. Several officials, including Kavaja Cadastre officials, were arrested. Dozens of citizens have also been arrested and investigated for falsifying property documents, i.e. of the forested area.

These persons were arrested, prosecuted and even sentenced by the Court of Kavaja in relation to the alienation of that state property.

Forest and sand in Spille became farmland!

Fiks Fare has secured the court's decision, which sheds light on one of the biggest cases of alienation of public property. It is about the area with pine trees and on the seashore at the beach of Spille. The decision of the Court of Kavaja was given on April 10, 2019, for 9 defendants for abuse of office and falsification of documents. In the decision it is expressly stated that "from the conducted investigation it has been found that, in violation of the law, the alienation of the state plots of forest and forest, along the sea coast in the area of ​​the Spille beach".

In fact, the Air Force Command has filed a complaint, as the owner of the "Shooting Range" in the Greth district of Kavaja had come out! In the decision, it is written that the pine forest on the seashore became arable land! These plots have been alienated from third parties through sales or various donations.
