The situation created by the snowfall continues to be problematic in terms of electricity supply mainly in Dibër and Bulqiza.
Currently, 8 villages of Kala e Doda Administrative Unit in Dibër Municipality and 9 villages of Bulqiza Municipality such as Ostren, Zerqan, Shupenzë and Gjorica continue to be without electricity.
The strong winds caused interruption during the night also in the Xibër Administrative Unit in the Municipality of Klos.
As for the snow, the roads of the villages of the Administrative Units of Kala e Doda, Selishtë and Zall Dardë in Dibër Municipality are still impassable.
At the moment, the supply of drinking water in the entire Dibër District is done without problems.
National roads are all passable without problems.
