The organization of the FESTA event, which was procured by both the Ministry of Tourism and SASAPC, which was acquired by the same, seems to have been undertaken by Ermal Kurtulaj together with the GZONA environment.

It turns out that Dervishi has won a grant of 9,977,600 ALL from the state ministry for enterprise protection.

The executive director of the firm that won the tender from SASPAC, Alfred Nikolla, also gave interesting evidence to the investigators.
He said that he does not remember the details of the contract, but he remembers that the contract included the catering part, food/beverage, technical equipment, lighting, audio, LED screens, delegation transportation.
As far as I remember, says Nikolla, the total value of the contract was around 140,000 euros.
