The protection of diplomatic personnel and the inviolability of missions are non-negotiable principles that must be respected and fully implemented ," the announcement further states.
According to reports from Kiev, it is known that the target was a building near the Macedonian embassy, used by the military security services of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, local authorities in Ukraine announce that at least two people have lost their lives and several others have been injured during the intense wave of Russian bombing that hit Kiev and the southern region of Kherson. Sirens were sounded across Ukraine to warn of airstrikes for several hours.
