The assets of former minister Lefter Koka and 4 other persons Miklovan Xhafa, Agim Seferi, Arbër Denizi and Mateo Rustani were confiscated.
The State Police, in cooperation with SPAK, has seized 12 real estates and 5 commercial companies in Durrës.
According to the police, the assets seized belong to the former minister Lefter Koka and 4 other people Miklovan Xhafa, Agim Seferi, Arbër Denizi and Mateo Rustani, convicted for the Elbasan incinerator. In total, the confiscated property is worth about 340 million ALL.
In an announcement to the media, the police informs that 5 commercial companies have been confiscated , one of which with 88.19% of the shares owned by former minister Lefter Koka, with a corresponding value of 244,442,972 ALL.
In addition to the commercial entities, 8 apartments were confiscated as well as a plot of land with an area of 147 m2 and a building with an area of 126 m2, worth about 12,757,500 ALL.
The confiscated assets will be administered by the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, in the Ministry of the Interior.

The Corruption Investigation Sector, in the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Criminal Police Department, in the State Police, in cooperation with the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, in the Ministry of the Interior, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office Special Law against Corruption and Organized Crime, within the criminal proceedings of 2020, for the criminal offenses "Misuse of duty", "Active corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials" and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", executed the decision of the Special Court of the Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, for the confiscation of 12 real estates and 5 commercial companies, owned by citizens LK, M. Xh., AS, AD and MR, specifically:
-88.19% of the shares owned by the LK citizen, in a commercial company in Rashbull, Durrës, with a corresponding value of ALL 244,442,972;
-1 unit with an area of 206 m2, in a commercial entity, worth about 20,857,500 ALL;
-1 unit with an area of 22.8 m2, in a commercial entity, worth about 2,308,500 ALL;
-1 unit with an area of 68 m2, in a commercial entity, worth about ALL 6,885,000;
-1 apartment with an area of 82 m2, worth about 5,535,000 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 110 m2, worth about 7,425,000 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 87 m2, worth about 5,872,500 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 84 m2, worth about 5,670,000 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 81 m2, worth about ALL 5,467,500;
-1 apartment with an area of 116 m2, worth about 7,830,000 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 94 m2, worth about 6,345,000 ALL;
-1 apartment with an area of 135 m2, worth about 9 112 500 ALL;
-real estate land with an area of 147 m2 and a building with an area of 126 m2, worth about ALL 12,757,500.
The confiscated assets will be administered by the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, in the Ministry of the Interior.
