Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the Berlin Process Summit that will be held on Monday in Tirana.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he emphasized that if relations between Serbia and Kosovo are not normalized, then the process of integration of the Western Balkans into the EU will be delayed.
He further added that Albania receives the biggest political bill, given that negotiations have been opened for our country
" Regarding the Summit, the first will be discussed about free movement, the second will be about the recognition of the diplomas in the region. Nothing will be decided if Kosovo and Serbia are not politically normalized. If Kosovo and Serbia have a conflict, all projects for the Western Balkans are unworkable. If there is no normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations, this will hinder the entire Western Balkans, in the process of integration. The one that gets the political bill is Albania, since Albania is closer after the negotiations have been opened ", he emphasized.
