The Special Prosecutor's Office has submitted to the GJKKO the request for re-evaluation of the measures set by the Court of Fier after the explosion with two victims in the silo of the Socialist MP Bujar Çela.
The Court of Fier declared incompetence for the investigation file on the explosion that occurred in the SP deputy's warehouse in Lushnje, where a father and son lost their lives.
Most of the people who have been charged are without security measures, except for the suspension from duty of 5 employees of IMT and the Municipality of Lushnja, while the only one who was arrested is Lenonard Gjini, whose company had taken over the works.
At least up to this stage, there is no official accusation against the deputy by SPAK, or any request made known to the Assembly.
The Prosecutor's Office of Fier claimed that there are elements of the panel offense also by the socialist deputy and for this reason they declared incompetence.
Until now, the following are under arrest:

1-Robert Kola chief inspector of IMT Lushnjë
2- Miklovan Petro lawyer of IMT Lushnjë
3- Eugert Sina inspector of IMT Lushnjë
4- Kudret Sula inspector of IMT Lushnjë
5- Ilmi Uku, inspector of region no. 5 Lushnjë Municipality
A powerful explosion in a warehouse complex, industrial area in Lushnje on March 2, 2024, killed a father and son and injured 7 people, among them the MP of the SP, Bujar Çela, who was in his business.
The explosion occurred at around 15:30 (March 1, 2024) at the place called "Plasma Circle", in a warehouse under construction in the city and caused an incident.
As a result of the explosion, father and son, Roland and Elidion Hoxha, 51 and 24 years old, were killed, while 7 others were injured, including MP Bujar Çela, who underwent an operation.
