Russia has "targeted" Albania again. After the attacks and accusations about Zelensky's visit and the opening of the Kučova base, Russia accuses the Albanians of having joined the war in Ukraine.
According to a report by the Russian Foreign Ministry, 13,387 foreign mercenaries are participating in the war in Ukraine. The Russian media write that the announcement was made in "Telegram" and in the list Russia has also included Albania and Kosovo with 192 and 191 mercenaries who allegedly went to fight alongside Ukraine.
According to these figures, it is said that 84 mercenaries from Kosovo have already been killed in these battles, while 87 from Albania.
Of the countries in the region, according to these claims, Bosnia and Herzegovina contributed 207 mercenaries, of which 90 are believed to have been killed.
The Russian Ministry says that 1,113 mercenaries also went from the USA, where 491 were killed. Great Britain, according to the list, contributed 822 fighters, where 360 were eliminated.
In the list published by this ministry, it is said that there are mercenaries from countries such as Romania, Germany and other European, American, Asian, African and Australian countries.
It is worth noting that Serbia is also included in this list, but with only one mercenary, who has not yet been killed.
