Journalist Xhevair Zhabina spoke about the latest document that has been submitted for public consultation, the new strategy of the Ministry of Justice for the years 2025-2030.

According to him, the new judicial map has not given any effect in terms of reducing the number of cases, as he informed that in 2021 the KLJ and KLP did not appoint any judges or prosecutors.

Currently, the 2017-2018 files are being examined in the appeal, so with that number of judges, if you turn to them today, you will receive an answer after 8 years. As for the relationship, there are about 5 political goals that the Ministry of Justice has set, but for me they are empty words beautifully written but which do not mean anything. What has not gone well in my view is the new judicial map that was approved a little over a year ago, it has not given any effect in reducing cases, it is the same pace, therefore the only solution in such a situation would be the addition of judges and this is in the hands of the HCJ and KLP. 70 prosecutors and judges have left the system and nothing has entered the system, that's why when the KLP and the HCJ ask for these accounts, I think they should first ask for their own account for the stock of files because they know very well where the system is lagging ," he said. the one in "MCN Information".
Asked if this created situation seems normal, Zhabina said that there are many questions raised about the way the KLP and the KLJ have functioned as he pointed out that they have left empty places to appoint their own people there.
