"It didn't even happen in 1997", Artan Hoxha about the attack on

Artan Hoxha has commented on the protestors' attempt to burn down the headquarters of the SP, throwing Molotov cocktails, despite the fact that it did not succeed after the authorities intervened.

Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that this act serves Edi Rama and that he would have paid the protesters with gold to do this act. The journalist added that the headquarters of the parties were not attacked even in difficult years like the 1997s.

" Fortunately and unfortunately, I happened to follow all the big protests, including the events of 96', 97 and 98'. On January 21, I was just at SPAK. We had Mr. Noka here, I told him not to call him the expectation so far because after the protest comes great disappointment.

The opposition is within its right to protest, it feels all the time under aggression from the government and the agencies that are accused of being under the control of the government. You told Mr. Noka why you changed the date from Sunday to Monday. Usually, the protests in the evening hours are not massive and aim at some incidents that are more important for image than for a real effect or result.

In today's developments, a group of young people, with hoods and covid masks, stood out to protect the police camera system. Rama should have paid them in gold to attack the headquarters of the Socialist Party. Even in 1997, party headquarters were not attacked.

Neither the socialists have touched the DP nor the PD has touched the headquarters of the SP before. The only institution left uncovered was the SP, because it was not calculated that the SP could be attacked ," said Hoxha.
